THE PALE ALE - 3.8% ABV

English Pale Ale

Our pale ale is brewed with locally grown Golden Promise barley and English hops. With notes of peach and stone fruits, a biscuity middle and a satisfyingly bitter finish The Pale Ale is a balanced, easy drinking beer. Ideal after a dose of the great outdoors!

RUN HOP RUN - 4.2% ABV

Simcoe Session Ale

The Simcoe hops give flavours of pine, citrus and tropical fruits, with a soft bitterness. Brewed with a small proportion of oats for smoothness, our Run Hop Run is a refreshing blast of hop juice - perfect after a long day tilling the fields.

 

TRICKSTER - 4.3% ABV

Hoppy Amber Ale

A rich ruby colour and jam-like aroma from generous use of Styrian Wolf hops, with bushels of berries, biscuits and caramel flavours. Our hoppy Trickster will box your ears with a lip smackingly bitter finish.

OWL PORTER - 4% ABV

Porter

Packed full of smooth roasty toasty flavours our robust Porter has a blend of 5 malts giving notes of chocolate, coffee and toffee. A rich reward for the wise and the watchful. Best enjoyed under the stars.

Current Seasonals:

  Farmhouse IPA - Kveik Citra Amarillo  5.2% unfiltered  unfined naturally hazy IPA fermented with Kveik (Norwegian Farmhouse Ale  Yeast) and heavily hopped with Citra and Amarillo hops in the kettle  and dry hop, notes of citrus, pears and tropical fruits.

  Landbier  is an unfiltered country lager inspired by our  travels in Bavaria. Crisp, and refreshing with a sweet malt back bone  and classic noble hops. Traditionally cold fermented for 4 weeks. 4.8%

 Flag Leaf is a 3.5% ABV farmhouse table beer, dry hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe and fermented with belgian farmhouse yeast. A dry and refreshing beer, with fruity flavours reminiscent of berries, watermelon and tropical fruit.

 Troda is a hazy hoppy saison, fermented with Sach Trois yeast and dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon and Summit. Super fruity and fresh with orange notes and a hint of biscuit. Perfect for a spring afternoon in the sun!

 Winter Wheat is a small batch hoppy farmhouse table beer. Heavily hopped with Sorachi Ace and Ekuanot giving lemon, citrus and coconut flavours, with a complexity from our saison yeast and a lot of wheat malt!

 Brewed with our friends from   mmm... and glug...'s delicious gingerbread spice mix, Gingerbread is a spiced brown ale, perfect for the winter months. With aromas of ginger and cinnamon and a full bodied bready and malty finish. Gingerbread is a lightly spiced dark brown ale with a warming ginger undertone, perfect for cold nights spent by the fire!

FARMHOUSE IPA

6% ABV

Brewed for the 41st Newcastle Beer and Cider Festival our Farmhouse IPA is dry and fruity with a pungent hoppy hit - flavours of citrus and tropical fruits from massive doses of Summit and El Dorado hops, balanced by doughy bready malt and a tangy, earthy, peppery finish from our saison yeast strain. Unfiltered and unfined to let the hops shine.

RHUBLE

3.6% ABV

Rhuble is our 3.6% summery farmhouse ale brewed with rhubarb grown on the farm and fermented with our house Saison yeast. Light, dry and refreshing with a fruity tartness, Rhuble is the perfect summer thirst quencher.

SHAM PAIN

3.5% ABV

Sham Pain is an Elderflower Farmhouse Ale, brewed with Huell Melon hops and Elderflower picked from the hedgerows on our farm. Sham Pain has a big elderflower aroma, with citrus and melon notes, and a finish reminiscent of a dry white wine.
